  • Details about properties you wish to enroll in the program
  • Pricing information you intend to charge your homeowner clients
How do we use your information?

We use the information we collect to:

  • Process your onboarding as a Property Manager and set up your account
  • Coordinate with HonorGuard Pest Management, the licensed Georgia Structural Pest Control company that performs all termite inspections, treatments, Sentricon® installations, and warranty services
  • Create customized marketing materials featuring your company branding
  • Facilitate the delivery of documentation, treatment records, and warranty information provided by HonorGuard
  • Communicate with you about your account, renewals, and program updates
  • Improve and maintain the Ever-Shield platform and website
Do we share your information?

We share necessary property and contact information with HonorGuard Pest Management, the licensed service provider responsible for performing all inspections, treatments, Sentricon® system installations, and structural repair warranty work. This sharing is required so that HonorGuard can deliver the services associated with the Ever-Shield program.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may also share limited information with trusted service providers who assist us with website hosting, email delivery, or marketing material preparation, under appropriate confidentiality obligations.

How is your information secured?

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

Your choices

You may update your account information and manage your enrolled properties at any time through the Property Manager portal. You can choose which properties to add or remove from the Ever-Shield program. You may also request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us.

Data retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
